Player Sign Up

Registration is a three-step process:

1. USA Lacrosse – Please register with USA Lacrosse. There is a $35 annual fee, which must be completed. You will need your membership number and expiration date to complete Step 2.
2. Midwest Girls Lacrosse League – Please go to the MGLL website to register for the league.
   1. Current US Lacrosse Membership is required in order to register.
   2. Age Verification: You are also required to verify your age with US Lacrosse one time, by uploading a birth certificate, driver’s license or other appropriate documentation. If you have never done this before, please click here to verify your age.
3. WHS Club Fees – $295 payable via check to Westside Warriors Girls Lacrosse
